This tutorial will guide you step-by-step on how to install Windows 10 Pro using a bootable USB flash drive. Follow each step carefully for a smooth installation.
Before starting, make sure you have:
USB flash drive (minimum 8GB)
Stable internet connection
Windows 10 ISO file or Media Creation Tool
Product key (optional during installation)
Backup of important data (for clean install)
Visit the official Microsoft website.
Download the Media Creation Tool.
Run the tool and select:
Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file)
Choose:
Language
Edition: Windows 10
Architecture: 64-bit (recommended)
Click Next.
Insert your USB drive.
Select USB flash drive when prompted.
Choose your USB device.
Click Next and wait until the process finishes.
Open Rufus.
Insert your USB drive.
Click Select and choose the Windows 10 ISO file.
Set Partition Scheme:
GPT (for UEFI systems)
MBR (for Legacy BIOS)
Click Start.
Wait until the process is complete.
Insert the bootable USB into the target PC.
Restart the computer.
